Role: Photo Studio Producer

As a Producer within Abercrombie & Fitch's Photo Studio, I helped oversee the daily execution of ecommerce, editorial and special project photography across Abercrombie & Fitch, A&F kids and Hollister. Working closely with photographers, stylists, art directors, producers and studio leadership, I coordinated the countless moving pieces required to keep high-volume productions running efficiently while maintaining the creative standards expected of each brand.

My role extended from early planning through final execution. I managed studio schedules around product availability and business priorities, sourced and coordinated freelance crews, led model casting efforts, negotiated talent agreements, and handled travel logistics for talent and production teams. On set, I provided hands-on production support, assisting with everything from pre-lighting and studio setup to troubleshooting day-of challenges and ensuring shoots stayed on schedule.

Beyond production, I maintained casting databases, managed vendor relationships, processed budgets and invoices, tracked sample inventory, coordinated equipment maintenance, and partnered with studio leadership to refine workflows and improve operational efficiency. By balancing creative needs with logistical execution, I helped deliver a consistent stream of imagery that supported A&F’s multiple brands, business initiatives and seasonal campaigns throughout the year.
